Maximizer CRM has rolled out its M6 update, introducing several new features and improvements to enhance user experience and functionality. Here’s a summary of the key changes:
Copy Email Addresses and Interaction Logs:
Users can now easily copy email addresses with a new copy button in the Address Book Details tab. Additionally, when duplicating an Address Book entry, there’s an option to copy interaction logs, including those related to opportunities and customer service cases.
UI Enhancements:
The Tasks module now displays avatars of assigned users, aiding team leaders in monitoring workloads. In the Lead Details screen, the ‘Link’ button has been relabelled to ‘Link to an Entry’ for better clarity. Only lead owners or sales managers can convert or archive leads, with disabled buttons and explanatory tooltips for unauthorised users.
System Email Redesign:
The Notification Manager’s email has a refreshed look, including a description of the notification and a direct link to the relevant entry in Maximizer.
Deprecation:
Keyboard shortcuts for navigating to modules have been removed.
Insights Data Model Updates:
Three new data tables—Revenue Targets, Activity Targets, and Timeline—are now available for building detailed reports. These tables include various fields such as Corporate Revenue, Target Leader, Interaction Count, and Interaction Type, allowing users to create comprehensive visualisations and track performance against targets.
Revenue Targets:
Users can set revenue targets per month and quarter, track total corporate revenue, and monitor performance using fields like Target End Date and Corporate Revenue.
Activity Targets:
Users can create activity targets for individuals or teams, track the number of activities, and monitor performance with fields such as Target End Date and Interaction Type.
Timeline:
The Timeline tab shows the history of interactions logged by users in the Address Book, Opportunities, and Leads. The Timeline table in Insights includes fields like Completed, Create Date, and Owner, providing a detailed view of user activities.
