As we approach the end of the calendar year, I would like to give you a view into Collier Pickard in 2025.
Farewells
Firstly, as long-planned, I, as Managing Director, will be stepping down at the end of the year to a couple of days a week as a start to my long-awaited retirement. My PA Ginny Ashworth will also finish work at the end of the year. I wish Ginny much enjoyment in the free time she will have in the future.
Congrats
Max Watkins, our Commercial Director, will, as long-planned, take over as Managing Director from 01/01/2025. Max has proved himself as a salesman, as a strategic thinker and as a manager. We are all behind him, wishing him great success in his new role.

As the curtain closes on this chapter of leadership, we’re excited to introduce the next era for Collier Pickard under the stewardship of our new Managing Director. The transition marks both the continuation of a remarkable legacy and the beginning of a new journey filled with ambition and purpose.
Introducing Our New Managing Director
My time at Collier Pickard, although relatively short, has been an incredible journey from day one.
I’m deeply grateful for the guidance and support I’ve received from Simon, Mike, and the team over the years. This has prepared me for the next chapter in my journey with Collier Pickard.
Starting as an Account Manager, progressing to Commercial Director, and now stepping into the role of Managing Director in January 2025, my priorities have always remained consistent:
- Ensuring the Collier Pickard team continues to deliver excellent service to both new and existing clients.
- Driving the growth of the business while fostering the internal development of our team.
- Helping companies transform their way of working through CRM solutions like Creatio, Maximizer, Infor, and our consultancy services.
The opportunity to take on this new challenge is driven by my passion for continuing the incredible legacy Mike and Simon have built, while also bringing my own vision and ideas to the table.
While my primary focus will be on steering the business to new heights, I remain committed to staying connected with as many of our clients as possible.
The team and I have ambitious plans for the future, and to our existing clients, I look forward to having you alongside us on this exciting journey.
